What Does Mental Performance Training Look Like?
There are 3 main areas: mental skills training, education, and adding a new dimension to your support system.
Mental skills training develops your individualized “mental game toolkit.” Throughout the course of your career, you’ll reach in for tools to boost confidence, focus, and consistency. Other ones will reduce overthinking, self-doubt, and burnout. You will also learn how to optimize your default thinking patterns in a way that leads to more success.
Education is an essential part of my coaching philosophy. Learning tools without the science behind why they’re effective renders these tools useless. During sessions, you’ll learn some science about the brain - how it operates, traps that every athlete is susceptible to, and best practices to work with your brain, not against it.
Lastly, I’m a unique addition to your support system. Sessions are confidential, so I won’t be sharing what we talk about with anyone without your permission (if you’re a minor, things are a bit more complicated). While these conversations may feel different from other sessions, they are just as important. After all, the version of you who manages stress effectively will consistently outperform the version of you that feels overwhelmed.

Team Sessions
1 Team Session: Base rate of $250*

Contracts to work with teams are personalized, made to fit the needs of the team. This will be a core component of our introductory call.
